November 17, 2014 by Roz 3 Comments

I am so excited to present Part 3 of my Interview with “The Kid Expert”, Kathleen Chapman!

Parenting By Understanding Temperaments, An Interview with “The Kid Expert” Part 3 from Real Food Family on Vimeo.

Kathleen has introduced me to the world of understanding temperaments using colors. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…

Understanding the temperaments has changed my life!

If you haven’t watched the previous videos, please take some time to watch:

Part 1- An Introduction to Kathleen Chapman, The Kid Expert
and
Part 2- Understanding the Color Temperaments

In this final section of my interview, Kathleen really digs into parenting- specifically tantrums, consequences and how understanding temperaments fits into parenting. I hope you can take a little time to watch this. We have learned so much from Kathleen in our own home and some HUGE improvements have been made since following her advice and wisdom.

I hope you are blessed!

Be sure to get your free e-book download to find out what colors you and your family are at KathleenChapman.com!

I have a very small daycare in my home with one very strong willed 4 year old and a 15 mo very happy and 80% of the time very content baby. I’ve shared your link from the beginning of this series with both sets of parents. I think video #3 is going to be a big help w both girls.

? – this might be a dumb question but is it possible to figure out the temperament in the test on the baby? Yes I know she’s a content, very rarely throws fits child but isn’t their personality & temperament still forming and still in its raw stage?
