Substitutes
For many reasons, from dietary restrictions to forgetting to buy it, you may not have the right ingredients for my recipes. I can’t always guarantee the recipe will turn out as well as I created it to, but at least you might find some options.
Here is an awesome resource with an entire database for finding ingredient substitutions. Obviously I don’t recommend using every suggested alternate option, such as hydrogenated oil instead of butter, but I trust that you can use your own judgement.
