Very interesting, and not surprising to me at all. I learned quite a few years ago that Alzheimer’s is a “Diabetes of the brain”. It makes total sense that a fat as nourishing as coconut oil, particularly nourishing for blood sugar regulation, also dramatically improves neurological disorders. Of course, I love incorporating coconut oil in my weekly meal plans. You can also add a tablespoon to almost anything, such as smoothies, toast, soaked oatmeal, and more!
