“Come On Spring!”
My local organic farm just started selling strawberries which means spring is almost here! (Here in Southern California, it’s basically spring from December to June, though.) This week I featured fresh Primavera (or spring) ingredients that you should still be able to find in the market, even if it really isn’t spring yet where you live. Just a warning- the Slow Roasted Leg of Lamb with Parsley Potatoes and Gravy is TO.DIE.FOR. Enjoy!
