Another item that could be mentioned is to try to have a positive attitude whenever possible…….I find that it contributes a lot to good health.

HI Gals! Great job on your first video! In regard to the yogurt. You might be interested to know (I’ve read several times in several places) that most commercial yogurt is only cultured/fermented for an HOUR! Can you imagine? That does nothing to break down the natural milk sugars. Yogurt needs a minimum of 12 hours to break most of those sugars down. Twenty-four hours is best, but that creates a very tart product. You can always add some stevia, but the tartness can be a bit acidic tasting. So those who buy the store-bought stuff thinking they’re doing their body a favor are essentially eating a glorified pudding of sorts. Sorry, I mean pudding and chemical additives. I cannot speak about Activia because I have yet to research it. Making your own is so easy and tastes so much better, even if you do have to use processed milk and cream. Raw is best, of course, but not everyone has the access or the funds for it. Case in point….me! Once you have the homemade, it is so hard to imagine eating anything else. It’s so buttery and satisfying from the full fat milk and cream! I get hungry just thinking about it! I make mine in my crock pot. No special equipment needed! Thanks for the video. I had no preconceived notions of any Volume Shampoo product working, but Shielo’s definitely does! It’s been four months since surgery, and although the stressors in my life are still here, my hairloss is no longer a problem.
