Real Food Family workout #4

Here is the latest workout! We’re doing some unusual exercises to work our upper arms, back, legs and abs! Make sure you are on carpet or other soft surface when doing this one.

Sorry for the added noise…I recorded this during a “family day” at my father in laws and everyone is playing baseball outside. 🙂
